CALL ME - DON'T VISIT A NEW HOME SALES OFFICE WITHOUT AN AGENT. When buying a new home in this market there are important things to keep in mind. See below. If all of this sounds complicated, call me. I have the experience and up-to-date information to save you time and money in the purchase of your new home. And, as your buyer's agent, I cost you nothing. I am compensated by the builder when I register with you the first time you vist the sales office. So call me - don't go without me - and together we will find that perfect new home for you. Here's why it is important to be represented in a new home purchase transaction:
1. The sales person in the office works for the builder. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR OWN REAL ESTATE AGENT WITH YOU. I am an experienced agent who knows the new home buying process and can help you avoid frustrations that can occur.
2. In this market it is important to know how solid the builder is so you don't end up waiting months for a home to be built only to find out the builder is in financial difficulty. Also, know the builder's ratings with past clients on quality and customer service issues. I CAN ASSIST YOU WITH GETTING THAT INFORMATION.
3. I stay informed of incentives that builders might be offering so that we'll be able to compare included features from builder to builder to get you the best value for your money.
4. In this market the builders have inventory or spec homes available. These often are the best dollar value if you don't mind not being able to choose some of the options which are already built in to the home. Some of these homes are move in ready. No waiting! But the list of available homes changes from day to day. I GET A LIST OF THE TO THE AVAILABLE INVENTORY DATA DAILY.
5. There are many new home subdivsions with homes of differing styles and sizes with each one offering a variety of amenities. DON'T BLINDLY DRIVE FROM COMMUNITY TO COMMUNITY - WE CAN START THE SEARCH RIGHT IN MY OFFICE.

Available inventory homes change daily as some are sold and more become available. For up to date information on the homes that would be perfect for you, email or call me. And remember to be represented by a professional realtor when you visit a new home sales office. The saleperson in the office represents the builder. I will be happy to accompany you on your first visit and guide you smoothly you through the home buying process.
