Bank-Owned Bargains
Homes become bank owned when the owner stops making payments and the bank repossesses the home through the foreclosure process. Bank Forclosures can be in move-in ready condition or completely or somewhere in between the two and can often be purchased for less than a comparable home that is not a foreclosure. (To avoid a foreclosure, an owner may list his property as a short sale if he is unable to sell it for the amount he owes on it. In that case, the bank or lender has to approve the sale. These homes can often be the best value when you are represented by an agent like me who is skilled in handling the unique circumstances of a short sale.)
Click the links below for examples of bank owned properties that are priced to sell. For a more detailed look at bank-owned properties throughout the East Valley area, enter your criteria here.
If you would like to take advantage of the opportunity to buy a distressed property that is a short sale or foreclosure, please don't hesitate to contact me. You will receive, at no cost and no obligation, a computerized update any time a property that meets your criteria becomes available.
